Become the financially fit Midlife Woman everyone is jealous of

Most people aren't financially ready for their futures.

Are you?

You should know that your future financial success is something you can control.

Take control of your finances now, so you have the  future you've dreamed of!

Your future is coming - whether you're ready for it or not

The truth is - most people won't have enough money for the retirement they want

Our biggest concerns at this point in our lives are:

  • College costs for our kids
  • Our retirement
  • Lack of any financial cushion

We also need to be aware of the "Three Ds" - any of these lethal things can derail anyone's financial future.

  • Divorce
  • Disability
  • Death

You focused on your family and on your career - but did you focus enough on you?  Your finances?  Your future?

You know that women generally live longer than men, and may make less than men do.

Where does that leave you as a single midlife woman?

  • Do you have a full grasp of your financial situation (most people don't)
  • Do you have debt under control? (this is the #1 thing preventing you from building the wealth you deserve)
  • Are you still "helping" adult children financially? (this may set your retirement back by years....)
I'm sure you don't want to end up having to financially depend on your children.

How can you be sure you'll be ok?

The first thing you need to do

is understand where you stand financially - right now.

Click below to get started.  I'll show you how you can figure out where you stand right now- and it will only take minutes!

Why this is so important-

if you are off track, not on the path to the financial future you want, you will need to course-correct ASAP.  I can help you with that too.

Where will you be in 10 years?

If you keep saving at the rate you're saving, and spending at the rate you're spending....will you have made significate progress? Or be in about the same position you are in now?

A Success Mindset

You need to believe that you can build wealth on your own.

Midlife Money Mastery

They say that you can become an expert in something in as little as 15 minutes a day.   And- the good news is that you don't need to be an expert in all things personal finance to be successful.

Wealthy Habitude

Our current success in life is the sum of the actions we have taken to date.

So, if you're not where you want to be, it's time to take stock and make some changes!

approach

Successful people have at least one thing in common-

They take responsibility for their actions, their successes and their failures.

Do you understand why this enhances their success?   Because they are not sitting around waiting for a spouse/boss/politician/economy to change their circumstances.

Made a financial mistake?  Who hasn't?  If you "own" your actions, you can take stock and figure out how to correct your mistake, rather than throwing up your arms and saying things like "our parents had it easier". Or, "my boss is a jerk"  or "my ex-husband ruined my future when we got a divorce".

Excuses don't serve you.

Taking control does.

There are three steps to becoming financially independent:

Understanding where you are now.

This means figuring out what your net worth is.

This is where we start.

Figuring out where you want to be.

This takes some thought, and calculating.

What kind of lifestyle do you want?  Where will you live?

Figuring out how to get from where you are to where you want to be.

We'll figure this out together.

Most people have a financial trouble spot. Or two.  Once you identify what this is, you can make changes - before it's too late!

What is a money coach?

A coach helps you understand how to handle your money better.

A coach will objectively look at your financial situation and point out areas for improvement, so that you have money left over to invest.

A coach can give you a plan to get out of debt, to review your very personal finances - what types of insurance are good to have, but not unnecessary to have, for example.  A money coach can help you change your thinking about how you spend your money so you can win with your money.

A money coach doesn't get commissions.  They likely charge for education and coaching.

A coach will help you take responsibility for your finances, so you don't blindly trust any third party.

How is this different from a financial advisor?

A money coach cannot sell you financial instruments or investments of any kind.   They generally are not licensed to do so.

But...a money coach isn't incentivized to sell you products that benefit him/her, or that you may not understand.

Financial advisors make money off the investments they sell to you.   Therefore, there are some asset classes they won't even discuss with you (REITS, trust deed investing, investment real estate).

Whether you work with a financial advisor or not, NEVER trust that any third party has YOUR best interests at heart 100%.   Own your money.  Understand where it is and what it's doing.
